We are feeling rainbow-y over here this year! These bright colors are bringing all the happy Spring vibes that we so desperately want right now, bring on the sunshine and warm weather!! Easter is still a few weeks away, the first Sunday of April, but we are getting a head start this year because we have officially booked our beach vacation for March and I am being forced to plan ahead!! Let’s dive right into all this rainbow goodness!!
ONE // TWO // THREE // FOUR // FIVE // SIX // SEVEN
A practical way of thinking about Easter baskets is to try to include things you might already buy in the Spring, so swimsuits, sandals or rainboots (why do kids feet grow so fast!), Spring or Summer clothes, hats, sunglasses, etc. I also love to add fun things like sidewalk chalk, pool inflatables, or other outdoor toys (again, things we would eventually be buying anyway, but make it festive). I always love including art supplies like notebooks and fun pens, my girls can truly never have enough!
I fell in love with these darling rattan house bags, they’re pricey so maybe I’ll save it for a birthday, but these retro jellies bags are also so much fun and super affordable if you’re stuffing more than one basket!
Since we are heading to the beach next month, I’ve already been swimsuit shopping quite a bit. I know Claire will go nuts for the rainbow swimsuit pictured above, but also found a few similar rainbow plaid styles like this one for toddlers & this one for babies (soooo cute!!).
And last, if you’re looking for cute baskets to fill, these white wire baskets are SO perfect for Easter! They’re super affordable and the perfect size, baskets like these last for years and years!
We also always grab plenty of plastic eggs to fill with candy, hair ties or sparkle clips, fun tattoos and love notes!!
