Lemonade Stand Popsicles

Last week, the girls decided they wanted to have a lemonade stand, all part of their master plan to earn enough money this summer to buy a sewing machine. So we made some signs, made a big batch of lemonade and set up shop at the bottom of the driveway. It was a busy day in our neighborhood and they managed to make over twenty dollars! They were so excited.

We had a little bit leftover in our drink dispenser so we decided to use it to make homemade popsicles!

I had a bag of frozen berries, a mix of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry & pomegranate (I think it’s the antioxidant fruit mix from Target), so we dumped it into the lemonade and started to pour into our popsicle molds.

The fun part, the longer the fruit sits in the lemonade, the darker pink popsicles you get!!
