How are we already halfway through February?! This month has been crazy (aren’t they all?) but we are feeling all the Spring vibes and finally coming out of our extra long month of post-holiday rest! Today I am rounding up a handful of my favorite accessories for the home, all (but one) under $50! These are the things I love no matter the season & think they are all truly timeless accessories for making your home feel cozy + a little whimsical!

Cutting boards are great for kitchen styling but also make perfect photo props when you are shooting food! I love that they’re functional & durable, and also bring warmth to a kitchen. Obsessed with this one from Target for only $13, and the little copper insert makes it even cuter!
We have updated almost all of the lighting in our house, I think it is a relatively inexpensive way to totally update a space. If you or your spouse are handy, these can be super easy to change out, otherwise it is also pretty inexpensive for a professional to pop in and change them. We LOVE this wall light for under $50, we have it in bronze in our hallways & powder bath, and in chrome in our other bathrooms. I also love the ceiling version found here to update boring boob lights! 😉
Storage baskets & trays are the easiest way to contain clutter and make it not feel so messy. All of our closets & drawers are filled with baskets like these, they’re perfect for makeup, headbands & bows, puzzle pieces, everything! These are the cutest and are under $5! Give me all of them.
Coffee table books are probably my favorite accessory of all, I have absolutely no shame in buying a book that has a pretty binding & also find it so therapeutic to flip through actual book pages instead of scrolling on a rainy day!
I will never stop collecting all of the colored latte bowls, they’re the easiest way to switch up kitchen decor for holidays & are the perfect size for your favorite bowl of cereal! Also in the kitchen, cake stands! I use them for every single holiday & birthday, and they’re an easy way to add height to a tablescape or just to keep on your counter for year round decor.
And of course, throw pillows! I am definitely a pillow & blanket hoarder. But most of the pillows in our house rotate between rooms, they could easily be on our bed, couch or even in the girls rooms and still feel like they fit! I am in love with this embroidered one (with tassels!) and would most definitely claim it for my own bed.
May have to buy it for myself for Valentine’s day! 😉
Hope you all get to enjoy lots of fresh flowers & heart shaped things tomorrow! Happy Valentine’s Day Eve!! XO

I was thinking of buying the latte bowels. Do they get super hot if you microwave them?
