Halloween Home Tour

It’s our faaaaaaavorite time of year, Halloween decorations are everywhere & Hocus Pocus is on repeat for the next three weeks! Halloween decorating was most fun this year because my girls are SO into it & love helping me make the house “smoooooky!” Also, scaring each other fake spiders will never get old. I will keep this short and sweet, I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration as you decorate for this most festive months of the year in your home! And when in doubt, spider web it!!

  1. Looks great!!! Your home is beautiful!!! May I ask where you got your large glass jugs that are on the floor in your living room?

  2. I just picked up some kiddie Halloween books at the library today and swear you would love ‘Seeking a Witch’ might be a little young for your girls but loverall the story and illustrations

    • The dining room pendant is just from Amazon!! I wanted something super simple so we can do big centerpieces for holidays! πŸ˜‰ And measuring cups are from a little local home store by us.

  3. Loveeee! Halloween is a favorite at our house too. You are so inspiring. Where did you get your sweet table runner from? I love the way you lined the table with pumpkins.

  4. Looks so fun and festive! We decorated our house yesterday and my 5 year old is really into spooky things this year so I brought out some of the spiders and other items that we had been keeping in the attic for the last few years. I also found that I appreciated my pre-kid self a lot when I found tons of dyed black cheese cloth and paper bag luminaries!

  5. So pretty!! I love the white walls in your house – so clean looking and it goes with all holiday decor πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

We didn’t go too all out for Halloween this year. I may pick up a few more decorations, but we’ll see. We did totally deck out the front porch over the weekend which was fun!!

Hope you have a great day!!

  6. Seriously beautiful!! I have such house envy. Where is the long “bowl” that the pumpkins are in on your dining table?

I’m having my daughters first birthday party at our house this weekend and doing a “little pumpkin” theme. Pumpkins everywhere. I figured when she gets older we will definitely do a Halloween themed parties. Love the spider webs. Pinning this for future!

  7. Love all the pumpkins tucked in everywhere! My little is 5 and he is so into decorating for Halloween this year and I love it, it’s the best!

  8. Your place looks fantastic!!! I usually love decorating for the holiday, but this year I was just too tired. So I’m totally living vicariously through yalls place!!

  9. Hi Jessica! I am actually wondering about your subway tile backsplash in your kitchen. Did you have to buy separate bullnose pieces for the ends? We want to order the ones you used but were confused as to how you handled the end pieces. Thanks!

    • We didn’t do the bullnose ends since we have white walls + white grout, so you don’t really notice a seam! But I have seen lots that have been frame out with those in a vertical/horizontal pattern instead of herringbone! πŸ™‚

  10. hi! swooning over all of your festive fun. i hate to be one of the many who are asking for your sources (sorry!!), but i have to know!! i feel like it was your blog and/or one of your insta pics i saw this before…. the light over your fireplace…do you have one like that in the hallway too? where did you find?! i just ordered one from birch lane and it was (no joke) 4x the size i expected. my hubby loved that πŸ˜‰ if you can share i’d love to know! xo

  11. Hi!! Your house is total inspiration. You mention the wall colour is Chantilly Lace – is that the same colour on the trim and ceiling? Also love your hardwood. Do you mind telling me what colour/brand?
