Origami Stroller \ Solly Baby Wrap
Caption for the photo above, when top knots get out of control. Yikes! Also by the look of my post partum hair loss around my hairline, I just might be bald by the next time you see me.
In less depressing (and more delicious) news, I spent yesterday afternoon at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams hosting the 4moms Sweet Treat Tour stop in Atlanta! I couldn’t decide which I loved more, the cuteness of the shop or the amazing flavors of ice cream. It kinda made me want to paint all of the brick in our house bright white! But I (probably) won’t. I had dark chocolate & riesling poached pear, both were out of this world.
Thanks to everyone who came out, I loved meeting you all & seeing all of your cute babies!!
Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of the oh-so-talented Britt Bass‘ new art studio! I have been in love with her work forever, so it was surreal seeing all of her gorgeous paintings in person. So much beauty!! My favorite is the Navy Geo print that I couldn’t pass up, I am excited to find a place for it in our house. The community couldn’t have been sweeter & the space is total eye candy!
Pom Tunic Dress sold out from Anthropologie, similar here & here.
My brother came with me while Brandon held down the fort at home, it was kinda crazy being out of the house without the girls, but always fun getting picture messages of what they were up to without me. And apparently when I don’t have kids or a diaper bag in tow, I don’t know what to do with my hands. 😉 Such a fun event, thanks so much for having me, Britt!
Some of my favorite finds this week include this recipe for Nutella French Toast Rollups, which are officially on deck for this weekend! We tend to go a bit overboard with our breakfasts, but then at least we have all day to work it off, right? 😉 Nutella for life.
I’m also so excited that football season returns very soon, who’s with me? The girls have some super cute new Iowa Hawkeye headbands & bows (from one of my fave shops) coming their way! We are planning a fun kickoff party with friends & so looking forward to lazy weekends that come with it!
And last but not least, Harper’s newest book Extra Yarn that I ordered after reading at the bookstore this week, is the cutest ever! She loves it & it’s such a fun read. I love adding to her book collection. And really reading anything other than Fox in Socks.
Happy Friday friends! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!
