Summer officially starts this weekend, which means the Fourth of July is just around the corner!
I put together a round up of some of my favorite red, white & blue styles, so many cute things to choose from & so many good sales! I think Harper may need that anchor baseball cap, it would look so cute with her long hair that is growing so fast.
I am loving this blue maxi for myself, I love the style with pockets & color so much!
I can’t wait to dress the girls up together for the 4th, it will be Ellie’s first holiday & we are going to make sure it’s a good one! There is a park near us that has live music, food trucks & fireworks every year, our plan is to take the girls there & hope we can make it til the end. Last year it got rained out, so we are hoping for sunshine this year. I’m not sure which of the girls will hate fireworks more, but I’m sure we’ll find out the hard way.
Some of my favorite 4th of July traditions include red velvet pancakes for breakfast, bomb-pop the champagne cocktails & festive s’mores, the perfect snack during fireworks! We will have family in town this year so I’m hoping the extra hands will allow me to make a few of these goodies. Harper is at the most fun age right now where she loves fun foods, red pancakes will surely put a smile (and a mess) on her face. What are your favorite Fourth of July traditions?
As every year passes, I love looking back on old holiday pictures to see how much has changed. I may have teared up over Harper’s first Fourth of July picture, five months old & rolls for days!! And now just too grown up for her own good! 😉
Happy Hump Day, friends! Hope you all are having a great week so far!

Harper as a baby and with that top knot as a big girl! The feels are so strong and true aren’t they mama?! Ugh it’ll never get easier watching our babies grow up. But damn we are doing a good job and they’re good girls, amen! Lol
